Rooms
Infants
Our infant classroom is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to reach important milestones.
1 - 2 yr old classes
The toddler classes have a slightly more structured routine in which they develop big motor and language skills using creative hands-on techniques.
Preschool
3-5 yr olds
Young preschoolers are able to prepare for kindergarden using our various learning centers. Children are introduced to cognitive thinking skills and practice making decisions for themselves.
School Age
Our school age children get transported to and from school. Once they return to our facility, our knowledgeable teachers provide help and support with school work.
Our Mission
Our mission at Best of the West Academy is to help shape the young minds of the future. Our experienced teachers provide the tools necessary so that each child can reach their full potential at their own pace.
We believe the best way to teach children is through a hands-on experience that encourages them to be creative and explore the world around them.
Covid-19
Precautions for children
During these difficult times, Best of the West Academy is here to support our families in every way we can!
Our staff is fully trained and equipped to handle this new normal. We offer support with online school and homework. We are following the strictest health guidelines and precautions imposed by the CDC.
Precautions for Teachers
* Temperature will be taken upon arrival
*Children over 3 years old are encouraged to wear a face mask
* Parents are no longer allowed inside the lobby or classrooms. Children will be brought out by a staff member.
* Shoes and hands need to be disinfected before coming in the lobby
*Children will wash hands when they enter the classrooms.
* Temperature is taken before they are clocked in.
* Health is monitored throughout the day
* Face masks are required while being in the classrooms
Best of the West is partnered with local health centers that provide our teaches Covid testing. We are able to receive results in 30 minutes.
